Conditions

• Registrations are confirmed only upon full prepayment of the registration fee(s). 
• If the maximum participant capacity is reached, the organizers reserve the right to refuse any registration and the amount paid will be refunded

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of registrations must be sent to the congress secretariat Conco Meetings and Events only by e-mail, to .

• For cancellations submitted until 31 March 2021, 50% of the total participation amount will be withheld as cancellation fees
• For cancellations submitted from 1 April 2021 until 30 June 2021, 80% of the total participation amount will be withheld as cancellation fees
• No refunds will be made after 1 July 2021
• In case the congress is postponed, all paid registration fees and booked accommodations will be transferred to the new congress dates
• In case the congress is converted to an exclusively virtual event, all in-person registrations will be converted to on-line and receive a refund if there is a difference in fees

 

Name Changes

Name changes must be submitted by e-mail to the congress secretariat at .

For each name change (either for individual registrations or as part of group registrations), 25 Euro will apply. The full details of the new registered participant are required to be sent. For the new participant(s), the same terms and conditions will apply as mentioned in the present sponsorship package.

Name changes will be accepted until 20 May 2021.

• For name changes submitted until 20 May 2021, no extra charge will apply
• For name changes submitted from 21 May 2021 until 30 June 2021, 30 € per name change will apply
• No name changes are possible after 30 June 2021
