
Konstantinos Kyriakoulis
Konstantinos G Kyriakoulis is an internal medicine resident working in the Third Department of Medicine, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, School of Medicine, Sotiria Hospital, Athens, Greece since November 2018. He completed his studies in the Medical School of Athens, Greece in July 2015. From April 2016 until November 2018, he worked as a Clinical Research Fellow in the Hypertension Center STRIDE-7, Third Department of Medicine, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, School of Medicine, Sotiria Hospital, Athens, Greece under the supervision of Professor George S Stergiou. He is a PhD candidate with the topic of his thesis being the impact of antihypertensive treatment on blood pressure variability. He is also a first-year post-graduate student in MSc Biostatistics in National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has participated in more than 40 peer-reviewed publications (PubMed) and conducted more than 30 oral and poster presentations in national and international medical meetings. His special research interests are in blood pressure, cardiovascular medicine, biostatistics, systematic reviews and meta-analyses and topics related to the COVID-19 infection and pandemic. In the future he plans to specialize in Cardiology.
