Dr. Despoina Liourdi is specialized in Internal Medicine and is employed as Consultant in the Department of Internal Medicine of the General Hospital of Patras “Agios Andreas”. She also supports the activities of the Hematology Department. Dr. Liourdi completed her Medical Studies in 2010 and her PhD Thesis in 2020. She also successfully accomplished the “Advanced Course in Angiology/Vascular Medicine” coordinated by the University of Milan and VAS in 2017 and has been a “VAS Young Committee” member since 2018. She has published 14 articles in PubMed indexed journals. Her scientific interests include Thrombosis, Hematology and diseases of the Urinary tract.
